Picking up my 09 plate Z4MR next week.....

Ooh, a non-sunroofed GTI too - I prefer that I admit, over my mates one. He's about 6'3 and needs to drive with the blind for the sunroof open to fit in comfortably and I'm the same! Yours look stunning. I prefer the white front indicators, especially on a white GTI, but my mate's keeping his as true to the original as possible and sticking with the orange ones.

I thought he was mad when he bought the car initially, but now I'm a convert. I'd love to have space for another vehicle like this (or an E30 M3 or Clio Williams) but already have the Z4, the wife's car, plus our camper van project in the drive :(

If the weather improves and we get out for some photos tomorrow night I'll start a "Pug appreciation" thread :D
 
Picked up the ZM today and now it's got just 160 miles o the clock.

What an animal (even under 5.5K revs - whilst running it in) - the noise and handling are unreal and I feel more connected in this compared to my M3 cabby.

One thing I have noticed is the wind buffeting even with the wind deflector in - it's worse that my M3 with wind deflector - the wind seems to come in around the rear of the side windows.

I'll get some photos up over the weekend.

not sure if I would rather have a 205 GTi 1.9 or a Manta GT/E Coupe though both lovely cars.
