Bull - I don't see your posts but seriously - stop it now. Anymore and I will ask for copies of your posts and take it further. Do not question or deflame my character.

We've been through this before and I don't take kindly to your posts about me even though I don't know what they were - the content is pretty obvious however. Stop being a dick. Either participate properly in this forum or do one.

Z4coupebeaver - please take anything this guy says with a pinch of salt. We have a history over a TT deal that he backed out of after seeing my posts on the tt-forum about a panel that Audi dealers damaged and subsequently repaired. Again all my info was on a public forum. Because I didn't put this info on an eBay advert i was accused of being one thing or another. I actually have no issue with him pulling out of the deal - that's fine and as I say I'd put the info on a public forum a while before selling - in the same way I've done with things on here. That's the kind of person I am. Trust me mate, everything I've told you about the car, posted links to you etc are totally genuine and you won't get a much more genuine car.

I will not say another word about bull as he doesn't deserve my time. Unless he carries on trying to discredit me. End of.

Hope this doesn't lock the thread as it shouldn't and am happy for my post to be removed if needs be. I'm just not having all this crap again with an Internet warrior.

Here, here,

Take solace from the fact he's quite obviously an older man hwo writes like an angry teenager.

Shame really. He's obviously not had a very good lot in life.

Senwar rocks. Bull sucks. End of.

z4coupebeaver - i've had a couple of dealings with Senwar and he's a gentleman and scholar.

Interesting.

I merely pointed out that you attempted to sell your Audi TT 150 on Ebay. It was described as "immaculate" & I contracted to buy it as such. I transferred a £500 deposit to you. Then after subsequent searches on the TTForum I discovered all about the damage to your car, which you deliberately did not tell me about on the telephone prior to me making a bank transfer.

You deliberately did not tell me about the damage to enable the sale of your car to me. That was fraudulent & by any reasonable person's standards downright dishonest.

Therefore I think it only right that the buyer of your Z4MC should be made aware of this & have the opportunity to check over the car. You obviously mess around/modify your cars so I feel sorry for the buyer.

I don't want to "discredit" you - as you put it. I am merely pointing out the truth as to my dealings with you & the damage to your car that you so conveniently decided to withold to enable a sale of a damaged repaired car to me.

You may take any action that you feel you need to, be it legal or complaining to this forum, but facts are facts. In my personal experience (as admitted by yourself in your last post) you are less than truthfull with the facts about cars you sell.

Untrue.

Did you ASK about damage to the car before agreeing to buy it? There is NO requirement to disclosure ANY damage to a vehicle unless it is Cat C/D, so not fraudulent not to disclose it. If a buyer asked about damage, then it'd be up to the seller to disclose it but even then it's up to their honesty at that stage to inform you at their choice.

Shames I've been on holiday for week as I missed all of SBull's posts, they dont have a long shelf life do they?

Well, I would certainly not buy a car from you then. You appear to be more dishonest than Senwar. Other people take note!

Do you actually realise what people think of you on this forum (and others)? Statements like "take note" coming from respected members may give pause for thought, but seriously buddy, take a look at yourself!

This issue about the TT has been discussed before... if people want to read about it they can search. Consider this a line drawn under the issue and move on.

Let's get back to the subject of the original post.

It's still a cracking car. I've now got used to the power, so much so that when I jumped into my friends 3.0Si it felt as if there was something wrong with it. I've got a couple of niggles to resolve but the beneift of AUC is that I know they'll get sorted letting me just get on with enjoying it.

I now need to find some more good roads to explore in it around NW England. :driving:

PMSL at someone like you questioning my integrity. You're not worthy of my time to respond further

z4coupebeaver, good to hear you're enjoying it. Can't believe this threads gone so far off-topic though!

Let's get this into context: When you put a £10K+ car up for sale you should be totally honest about it's condition. I have done so for over 30 years. The internet has changed the way people buy used cars dramatically over the last 8 years or so. I have bought over 15 cars through Ebay or main dealers in the last 10 years & only had 2 problematic purchases. One was Senwar with his damaged/repaired TT - who, on the telephone, discussing his car, decided NOT to tell me about previous accident damage - so he paid the price in a lost sale. God help whoever eventually bought that car. The second I won't go into.

I personally take Senwar's threats with a pinch of salt. He was patently DELIBERATELY witholding the fact that his car had suffered significant damage when I spoke to him on the telephone & agreed to buy it.

Lets see if the man has the finances to carry out his threat to me of "taking it further". I don't think so.

as usual, garbage.

Oh and your deposit was 200 so shows you enhance the 'facts' in your favour.

If you're posts are valid, why delete them. Also as I posted the details of the problem on the PUBLIC forum this is hardly a fraudulent dishonest act. Likewise each and every issue I've had with the M is detailed on this public forum.

As for the comment I 'mess with/modify' my cars - please detail how I 'mess' with my cars? As for mods, yes I change the wheels. Not exactly shoving a nitrous box in it is it.

Oh one final comment - if you bother to read the thread you will see that the OP bought the car from a BMW dealer. A dealer who bought the car from me after rigourous checks.

Anyway, can't be bothered to waste any more time and effort on you and this excellent forum doesn't need this rubbish - you included.

Jesus, after reading this post that sitting bull is a right one for the loony bin.

Z4 coupebeaver, enjoy the car and don’t let idiots like that spoil it for you.

Have you got some pics? I haven’t seen it and from what I’ve read it’s nice.

Also putting into context - the car wasn't accident damaged. The car had a scratch on a panel caused by something falling on it whilst in the Audi garage for a service. That's significantly different to 'accident' damage. Oh and I actuallythink it was me who had the lucky escape as thank Christ I didn't sell a car to you. As for the buyer - he had 2 happy years of ownership and knew of the work as he was a forum member.

ha ha I bow to your finances.

Anyway let's leave this as it's ruining the OP's thread. I'm actually happy in the knowledge that my character is held in far higher esteem than yours.

Z4coupebeaver - nice one re the car. Don't let breaker here you praise an M over a non M though :D

Let's see who the "odd" idiot is when you next spend £20K+ on a car that turns out to be a Cat C/D?. It happens literally hundreds of times a day in the UK. Usually sold by Asian gangs....
