senwar said:Bull - I don't see your posts but seriously - stop it now. Anymore and I will ask for copies of your posts and take it further. Do not question or deflame my character.
We've been through this before and I don't take kindly to your posts about me even though I don't know what they were - the content is pretty obvious however. Stop being a dick. Either participate properly in this forum or do one.
Z4coupebeaver - please take anything this guy says with a pinch of salt. We have a history over a TT deal that he backed out of after seeing my posts on the tt-forum about a panel that Audi dealers damaged and subsequently repaired. Again all my info was on a public forum. Because I didn't put this info on an eBay advert i was accused of being one thing or another. I actually have no issue with him pulling out of the deal - that's fine and as I say I'd put the info on a public forum a while before selling - in the same way I've done with things on here. That's the kind of person I am. Trust me mate, everything I've told you about the car, posted links to you etc are totally genuine and you won't get a much more genuine car.
I will not say another word about bull as he doesn't deserve my time. Unless he carries on trying to discredit me. End of.
Hope this doesn't lock the thread as it shouldn't and am happy for my post to be removed if needs be. I'm just not having all this crap again with an Internet warrior.

Did you ASK about damage to the car before agreeing to buy it? There is NO requirement to disclosure ANY damage to a vehicle unless it is Cat C/D, so not fraudulent not to disclose it. If a buyer asked about damage, then it'd be up to the seller to disclose it but even then it's up to their honesty at that stage to inform you at their choice.

PMSL at someone like you questioning my integrity. You're not worthy of my time to respond further :yawn:SittingBull said:a11y said:Untrue.SittingBull said:You deliberately did not tell me about the damage to enable the sale of your car to me. Well, I would certainly not buy a car from you then. You appear to be more dishonest than Senwar. Other people take note!
as usual, garbage.SittingBull said:blah blah blah
Also putting into context - the car wasn't accident damaged. The car had a scratch on a panel caused by something falling on it whilst in the Audi garage for a service. That's significantly different to 'accident' damage. Oh and I actuallythink it was me who had the lucky escape as thank Christ I didn't sell a car to you. As for the buyer - he had 2 happy years of ownership and knew of the work as he was a forum member.SittingBull said:Senwar with his damaged/repaired TT - who, on the telephone, discussing his car, decided NOT to tell me about previous accident damage - so he paid the price in a lost sale. God help whoever eventually bought that car.
ha ha I bow to your finances.SittingBull said:Lets see if the man has the finances to carry out his threat to me of "taking it further". I don't think so.

Anyway let's leave this as it's ruining the OP's thread. I'm actually happy in the knowledge that my character is held in far higher esteem than yours.
So be it. I will now leave you in peace Senwar, having exposed you.....
Z4coupebeaver - nice one re the car. Don't let breaker here you praise an M over a non M though![]()
Rudd_2002 said:sp3ctre or other admin - can we not just ban this bullshitting doh! i mean sittingbull from the forum.
