Can I be controversial and say that I like it the way it is? Maybe keep the 108's and lower it a little?
 
No, no you may not!! :P ha ha spoilt sport!! Know what you mean but will keep the 108's for winter rims eventually.

^^^ Thank you kind sir. As I like my detailing and correction etc I prefer to see its for what it is. Not a bad thing seeing a freshly valeted car but if the engine is too sparkly does make you wonder a little too! :) Plus this way I can get to know every inch of the car personally as I polish it to an inch of its and my life! :thumbsup:

Also first mods in the basket just about to click buy. . . stubby, ZHP gearknob and eyeing up few other odds and sods. Also if I get time this weekend will be debadging her and giving her a some DA action!

OK all good weekend intentions went out the window! Was at a wedding Friday and Saturday but was planning on getting up today, washing, debadging and getting myself to Gaydon . . although weekend caught up so finally cleaned my car this afternoon.

So sat here now just generally looking at car bits and came across these? Not a bad price but what do people think to the design? I quite like them but a little worried might be too busy? I know it says E90 although do fit E85 but would need to check ET and fitment although want it a little aggressive once finished. . anyway . . linky

Have you thought about twin tailpipes, just had mine done, really pleased with the look :D
Always thought that single oval pipe looked to small for the cut out.
 
Not going to go twin . . . Going to go quad! Once MM is sorted off to see him. Check other posts will see his work and ple ty of pictures!

Quite liking the wheels . . Hard one to call as would like to see them in the flesh so will see what can be sorted.

OK so im back after a bit of a break from car related goodness!! Have a few little mods planned over the next week or 2 but main one is a set of new rims!! Picking them up tonight hopefully. Bit Marmite from all accounts and only seen 2 other Z4's with them on here but I like them. . . so fingers crossed maybe a few pics tonight if not tomorrow!! :thumbsup:

Great to see someone so enthusiastic about their car. But as I seem to be the resident anti bling member I couldn't live with a car that colour. I would have to matt black it straight away... oh then add some black CSL's :wink:
 
No worries horses for courses. . lets not be 'stug' in the mud about it whats the point in being the same!! :P Still matt black wrap sounds interesting!! ha ha

So new rims picked up. . bargain price too me thinks as had brand new tyres front and good tyres rear. . . . Will have to wait for the grand unveiling not happening till tomorrow when everyone can say they hate it or like it!! :P

OK so . . time has come to reveal my new rims. . be kind!! :| Well dont have to be as I like them and the look so thats all that counts!! :)

Here are the wee beasties. Seen them on 2 cars (coupe on here and one that was recently for sale) and that gave me the thought to hunt out a set. .

Excuse the few marks appears my car has recently been a beacon for stupid people in carparks! Will be getting sprayed up in spring.

Next on the 'to-do' is a stubby..obviously.. and to debadge.

So sure people wont like them but I do and a million times better than my corroded 108's. Which will be being split and refurbed for either sale or winter use soon.
