yet again another great day of driving with some great pictures.zeds still put the porsche to shame lol :driving:

It was a great day of driving (though I will put a call out to all forum members to keep in mind horse boxes  . . . . so intent with the difficult overtake I gave no thought to the poor horse inside (what the eye doesn't see) and must have frightened it to death with the noise - not until after do you realise what an arse you've been :( )

I thought the Zeds looked equally as cool as the Porsches - there was a point where we had a group of maybe a hundred motorcycles behind us on the twisty bits and they eventually overtook us on a very very long straight section heading for the A69. Anyone witnessing the sportscars and motorcycles en masse must have been impressed or amazed. :o

Looks light a fun day. :D Just how many Porkers actually turned up to this Z4 meet. :?

Seemed a bit like that busyg  If Chezsherman had been free we would have outdone them! Not a big event though, just a relaxed invite via Cherrym.

We will always take the P out of each others marques, but a drive out is always good fun shared  . Heck we had a morris minor turn up for a PH run once.  (Only once though)

Morris Minor - sounded great on the over-run  AND a famous British racing driver (James Hunt I think) said that driving his mother's
Morris Minor on thin crossplys taught him lots about rear wheel drive (and was great fun!)

I forgot to mention I was following the carrera with "those big wide tyres "as Paul said !, one thing to remember is not to get too close as when they ,shall we say, "do a spirited start " they don't half kick up any loose road covering . I thought I was being shot at on one occasion. However it was certainly worth seeing ,now all I need is his address to send the bill for the paintwork :D :D
