Haven't managed to shift it in nearly 2 months.

JE could buy it and transplant the engine into his car... :fuelfire:

Missed this first time round - what a shame, I have to park in the street and that's my worst nightmare.

And now it's on eBay along with some suitable sales bullshit.

Thought you had the wrong car to begin with.

It's worse than that now

tbh i only thought of the car due to the wheels as they are relatively rare on this forum, i remember FROMEE's car but didn't put the 2 together!! kinda scary hat it was never roecdred properly. however the damage didn't look TOO bad from memory, it was rear suspension and fender damage.

Well I'm delighted that the forum appears to be working for the benefit of members by using the collective ability to spot a wrong-un reappearing as a perfect car in the sales section :)

An the forum post didn't even need a new advert, let's just cut n past

Good spot, saved someone some heartache. For the right money it would make a good car- just needs to be around 8-9k.

That's closer for a Cat D than asking price...

Parkers unadjusted price private is £9k but add say £3k for the low mileage and take off 30% for Cat D and still you'd be around the £8k mark.

£16k sale would be a tidy profit, especially if only paying scrap value, if the seller could get away with it.

Agree

YC56 ZFO Is one to avoid at that price

:)

Hopefully if anyone Googles the reg it will pick up this thread.

Scary as it may sell via eBay then some poor sod ends up on here to find they have been duped! Is there a way to report the ad on eBay?

I can confirm this was my car 100%.

Glad to see it repaired at least but bad form and the advert is very misleading.

Surely a HPI check will show it all up anyhow.

Previous plates in my possession were xx56ZFO and SO05WAG.

Just a complete knobjockey to post the car for sale directly to a audience of enthusiasts :(
Many of us know the market for these cars is very limited so unlikely that any dodgy ones would slip under the forum radar
Can't wait for the sellers next post

Well judging by the grammar you pulled him up on, clearly not the sharpest tool in the box and shows this often used "I've been around for a while but only just registered " blag is the work of slags.
