Thank you very much gents for all your kind comments. Absolutely fantastic first day with it. It just feels a very nice place to be and exceeded my expectations. Of course from a completely biased view, it looks stunning in the flesh :thumbsup: :driving:

When I transferred my insurance from my 630d GT to the new Z4 I got a fairly substantial rebate which I assume was on the basis that I can now only kill one passenger instead of four.

I'm insured with AA with hardly any t&c exclusions and a total excess of just £200

Ian, I wasn’t transferring because I wasn’t getting another car within 4 weeks the insurance company cancelled. Some of the t&c’s on the M40i were quite hefty

Sars, when we started looking the black wheels was one of the few things Kathleen said was an absolute no, until she saw a picture of a SF red one and it completely changed her mind. As I said to you previously she wanted to see the red in the flesh and when she saw the two together she opted for the blue but it had to have the shadowline pack.

We will do and I bet you can’t wait for yours to arrive :thumbsup:
