Holding up very nicely after 6k miles. I actually tried DIY first using those spray cans from automative stores. I bought sand paper, primer, paint, and clear coat. Parts alone cost me $25. It was a pain in the ass to sand the chrome off the grill surrounds (this step alone is worth the $40 I spent at the bodyshop). Long story short, the end result was so bad (mostly due to me inexperience in painting stuff) that I ended up having to buy a new set of grills and simply sent them to the bodyshop this time. The bodyshop uses much better quality primer and paint as well.
