Well done for sorting it out, absolutely boils my blood this kind of thing. Just had the same from a Volkswagen main dealer. Took my pristine Touareg in for a warranty repair, came back and 3 wheels completel kerbed pretty much the whole circumference. I'm going to get a quote for a refurb with on 21's isn't cheap.

Best thing is that the wheels had rim protectors on them :headbang: Kerbed them so bad the rim protectors fell off.
what they f**k were they doing = playin dodgem cars ???

Just out of interest, did they have any explanation as to how it had happened?
Kerb? Ramps?
Was hoping they would know what caused it and could then address the issue if it's within their workplace.

On the roadside kerb most likely, they had it so long and kept moving it from inside every night to outside during the day.

Even without the damage to the wheel, starting and stopping like that can't have done it a lot of good either.
Well at least they sorted it without quibble
