number plates

+1 for pressed plates.

Stick on plates? surely it's just sticky pads, I'm using them for my pressed plates, FLUSH euro look!
 
looks better without the number plate,but i usully drive with it as i don't want unwanted atencion :lol:

The front plate on my Z4 isn't strictly legal as it has no bs mark or postcode of the manufacturer, but the copper would have to be in a very bad mood to fine you for it.

again, a subtle difference. The original plate overhung the lower centre grille which annoyed me :lol:

Regarding badges on plates, I personally don't feel the need to display my vehicles manufacturer as the badges on the car already do that. It's all subjective though. The saying 'As long as you like it' comes to mind.
I like the look of that,does away with the ugly plastic plinth,may do it myself.

where do these stick on plates come from..not something i'd want to get wrong with a low quality example.

it's a cut down standard plastic plate, bought from fancyplates.com (measurements: 450mm x 90mm).

i then stuck it on with the sticky pads, as i hate screw holes.
