The Z had to go over the summer as funds were needed to press on with my folly in the Normandy hillside
It was a barn bought 12 years ago for the price of a E86 :? but no planning consent so for 10 years it has just sat there enjoying the view whilst occupying my mind practically every day
After getting the required consent Its taken me 2 years of 5/6 day trips every 6/7 weeks 1000 mile round trips from Lancs but this trip i can see the finish line .
Not been an easy ride for many reason,s but all being well we plan to enjoy the xmas & new year there

Anyhow here are some pics & to anyone with longterm plan,s on the backburner , , just stick at it

lovely job. enjoy the fruits of your hard earned labours, bet you really can switch off over there. regroup the bank account then start browsing pistonheds classifieds. as the trips will be even more rewarding in a sports car. :driving:

That looks stunning. You must be very proud. A good reminder that sometimes dreams take a while in the making. Enjoy

Congratulations on the hard work  it looks the business & I hope you have a fab Xmas there, stunning result.

Well done looks fab.

Hat off to you Andy.

Superb craftsman skills and an excellent finish..

I wish i had a 10th of that skill in home renovation, sadly mine stops at cars.

Its a thing of beauty..

Very nice... And unlike a car wont depreciate!

I was having this discussion at work with a lad who just got a new evoke (which is very nice and has me looking at them more now)

He still lives at home and has no plan to buy a house soon, but is willing to fork out the best part of a £30k deposit on a new car... Madness!
