the 't' and the 'e' are within one stroke of each other, I've been up for 30-something hours with about 2 or 3 hours of sleep..enfield, I know you can appreciate...

Rick hunter has a cool choice of scenery. Always prefered the underground industrial complexes to the outdoor shots. But unfortunately, two things I didn't like: his wheels aren't the same angle of orientation like many other competitors and the noise level is a bit high due to the darkness. Tough choice. Gonna have to really think about it for a few days before voting for AlanL
What did you mean about the angle of orientation? I don't quite follow.

I wish I had a dSLR for my shots. Point-n-shoot always turns out noisy especially in low light situations. With my luck I might be able to score a nicer camera by years end.

Thanks for the feedback. I really wanted to go against the grain this month (i.e. non-landscape pic). Definitely captured some reception on it, although I see there are many other beautiful competitive shots from our family of members this month. :)

See in the first pic how the spokes on the wheels are angled in the same direction. Looks uniform. Your back wheel is at a different rotation than the front, or maybe the front is at a different rotation than the back. And on the Z4s up at the top of the forum.

In your sig you can see your wheels are also in the same orientation.

Gauss, you have a serious eye for detail.

Funny you should put that among your criterias for getting your vote - you stated you voted for AlanL, and he has the same mis-alignment of his wheels . . .

This leaves me with an interesting mental image of all of us out jacking our cars up so we can align the spokes of our wheels before we take the photos.

Highly paid marketing folks do things like that but none of us are getting paid for these efforts :D

I'll admit it...after a tough decision I had to go with the Mini!
I didn't want to, but that little road going into the fog looks so cool! If it was a Z in the picture it would have been easy... :|

Thanks!
It's the road to Applecross in Scotland, rising to 2053 ft, 1 in 5 gradients and a few hairpin bends. Anybody finding themselves in Scotland have to try it.
I will go again when I find a "Z", will win by miles then...!
