Hi
I have noticed that my zed is sometimes refusing to go into gear. With the clutch flat to the floor, I'll try to change from 6th to 4th under brakes, for example, and it refuses to go into the gear. As i roll along and get slower, it will eventually let me select the gear (e.g 50km/hr in 4th) This is just normal street driving, not at high revs or anything
I thought it was just me not being used to a manual, but my partner who has been driving manual for over 10 years also encountered the problem.
The only thing I can think of is that the clutch engagement point is so low on the pedal that it isn't disengaging properly.....
Is it just my car or is this a common problem?
