North Wales Run Sunday 11th April

LOL at all the jokes aimed at me!!
Have spent the entire day washing claying and waxing my car so its looking EPIC!!
U will ask me my secrets and i ll just point to a bottle of t cut. You will see!!
Excited for tomorrow!
Just a note to all those comin from a long way 2moz....have a safe trip up...check ur blind spots..dont pick up strangers..and dont race 2.0's because u will lose! And u will want to cry..but its okay..not everyones perfect :thumbsup: :lol:
 
spent the day cleaning the car (admitedly a lot more effort went into the beetle than the z) and then had to go get a new tyre as I knew the tyre was on the limit- good job I did tho as wen they took it off they showed me it had been run on flat for a long time!!!! The tyre pressure monitor never picked it up tho????

I must say that I did see Woot's blue flash today and it is indeed looking "Epic" :lol:
So then mate, tell us your secret.... Is it T Cut for metallics? :poke:
 
Spent the day with mine too; de-badged (looks sooo much better!), wash, 2 coats of SRP, 3 coats of EGP, leather cleaned and nourished & interior all shinied... 9 hours total :)

Unfortunately my cover hasn't arrived yet, so no doubt it'll be dusty as smeg by the morning. All I need is a night free of scrotes f***ing with it and I'll see you all in the am! (I'm honestly considering spending the night in it to stop the local scum from screwing with it!)
 
Spent nearly 4 hours cleaning mine earlier today, ready for tomorrow :) And I have a full tank of petrol!!! :roll: :rofl:

Off to bed now as I've been a very busy bee since 9am this morning, only just sat down an hour ago I'm knackered! Up bright and early, see you all tomorrow :D :driving:

What's with all this cleaning? I feel guilty now as I didn;t bother :)

Flatout and Johnny Bravo have decided to join us so that's 23 cars promised! :thumbsup:

The front of the convoy will be in Bala before the last car has left Asda. :)

Just a quick one to echo the thanks to Sammyz for organising this as I know the amount of effort these things take to organise.

Got back and realised I had my camera on a mode that didn't handle the sun very well (i.e. night-time landscape mode), so some of the photos have had a quick touch-up to fix that and to remove Lucy from the shots.
