I'd be up for a drink....I am going to be in Manchester on Friday but at the Abode by Sat lunchtime..quick vist to Edwards the RR dealer to look at a new car, and then free....I like the Pant in Gresford, if anyone knows it - the Grosvenor is ok, but Pant is better....
 
Spiked juice you would be most welcome, not that much modding going on really, just a few wheels and a stubby for most!

Hi Sammyz,put me down for the run/plan to stay at my sisters down in Chesire the nt before.

My car wont be at its best tho :( ,been far too busy working,etc,etc to keep it properly clean,let alone fit my new clear lts ,and my summer wheels wont be back on til end april.

This looks awesome but I'm 240 miles from the start location and have also been asked to to a wales run later in the month with some local friends so a bit of a dilemma! :( , anyone staying around Chester on the Saturday night and travelling up from the south east/Essex? - last time I went mountain biking we used the Premier Inn at Chester South East as a base - basic but has a pub bolted on which was alright for food and a petrol station just over the road.

Would be nice to see you all and give the new toy a chance to stretch its legs - some of those roads were fantastic in a Transit van let alone a zed! :driving:

Excellent that Nickm's joining - will be able to see what a road without traffic lights, cones, roadworks and speedbumps looks like. :wink:

Still giving this run some serious thought as i'm thinking about the mileage from Durham to the start point and then a days Hooning around North wales and then back home it could be very long day :zzzz:.
But as i'm working locally that week i'm home every night so the GF will get to see me that week(normally i work away Mon-Fri) .So what i may do is stop over somewhere on saturday i have a mate lives in Manchester so will try to arrange something with him.
But i will let you know either way. :thumbsup:
