Now that Robb's gone soft and bought a 6 series - guess we're on our own!

Oi, dont be thinking Im not watching.

Any advice on routes I would be happy to help out with, I could even let you know the whereabouts of my new secret road which is still perfectly surfaced and generally empty.

Dont suppose you would want a big soft 6-series cramping your style. :poke:

The route I think you're on about

Would like to see the 6 cos I've been tempted too - coupe or ragtop?

Also given the take-up so far then another car can easily be accommodated !!!

Ps yes that's the route, extended to Masham to find more parking - might not be a problem this time. Always happy to take routes from anyone pm me with an good ones :)

best of luck with the b/h traffic :( and i hope no one curbs their alloys on whorlton bridge like last year :o

I'm not going over that bridge! Can we amend the route to avoid it? I'm happy to provide alternative route if we need it.

No culture you boys, there was me including features of historical and architectural merit and all I got was moaning about scratching wheels.
Just miss it out, carry on to barny then up the Stang from there, not been up there in ages and I pick up my new bike this weekend so might just have a look.

when travelling behind one of the cars last year it looked like there was only approx 2 inches gap at both sides!i thought i'd curbed my wheels but managed to get away with it.

Bunch of girls, I used to go across there everyday on my commute, at the time I used to drive a Volvo S60 now all of a sudden its too dificult to get a small 2 seat sports car across.

Taken the 6 across yet guess that's even wider :)

Only a week or so to go - who's still up for it. Suggest 9.30 ish start from Scotch Corner to get the first parts done before the bank holiday masses descend?

Bit far for me to commute this year, so I'll have to give it a miss, have a great run out.
