Incidentally, kwik-fit refuse to swap run-flats for non..... You CAN get better than a kwik-fit fitter!

So will that be your local Kwik Fit dealer OR all Kwiks Fits - no problem with mine. But then again a common trait on here to get one bad experience from a supplier/dealer and then think all the others are the same...... :poke:

I'd admire your persistence on this point AlanJ, and I do understand what you're saying, but given the fact this isn't the first time you've had to say this about Kwik-Fit it isn't "one bad experience"... I think this here's a case of guilty until proven innocent, as far as Kwik-Fit are concerned. I am quite intruiged by them though - chap at work took his car there the other week to have two front tyres replaced (against my advice, but it was a few hundred yards rather than a mile to the local indi), now christ know what they were doing but while working on the front corners of the car they managed to knock off the exhaust heat shield :o

But as with anything, if you've a recommendation for a place the name on the door shouldn't matter

CoupeChief, good choice  They take a little while to settle down but are a great tyre... you may need to experiment to find the correct tyre pressure for you. Used mine on track the other day, they got very sticky :D
