I have some 325's 18", and yes they are mint.

The weather has stopped me from getting anywhere near them, but they are of the car and actually going to

make an effort this weekend to put them on the forum.

I'm looking for both alloys and tyres. Severely restricts my options I appreciate but I have the luxury of time on my side.

Thanks!

I’ve just put a deposit on some wheels so my mint staggered 108’s will be up for sale and they come with a lovely set of Michelins. I also have front and rear spacers and longer bolts so if my new 19’s fit ok I’ll be adding those bits to the sale.

PM me if interested.

Ooh. These are nice...

Thanks for the offer, but not a style I'm interested in

What style are you looking for out of interest?

It's a good question. I'm not 100% sure to be honest. Most likely something non-standard as per my original post, but not too wild looking.

I think the best I've seen so far as Mr Wilks 405m reps and a couple of the links I've posted to eBay stuff. Not quite CSL style but not a million miles away. Just something a little different I guess.

I understand fully what my budget will allow and is not huge at all, but I'm hoping that at some point someone will come with something that takes my fancy.

VERY tempted by these. Seems a very good price...

Going price really, 18x9 not a staggered fitment either. Have a look at rimstyle.com ;) select your car etc and they'll show the wheels that fit.

9 not wide enough? Not sure I desperately want a staggered set to be honest. Does it make a huge difference?

I've got a square set of MV2s on at the moment and I don't really notice much difference from the staggered set I had on previously

Fine for rear but you'll be pushing it at the front :)

Ahh I see. A bit wide up front. They do also do a square set 8j

I have these, they were all silver though. They look really good but the laquer on the polished lip doesn't take stones chips well at all. Water and air get under the laquer and gives a 'worm' like effect. I have just had mine refurbed and had the the polished rim powder coated to hopefully make it a bit more robust. It's great looking wheel though.

Here they are all silver

and shadow chromed (still not convinced on them tbh):

The shadow chrome looks great!

Is there anything to can do to protect the lacquer or prevent the water ingress after a chip?

How long did you have them before you felt the need to refurb?

Thanks!

They were on the car when I bought it so unfortunately I dont know. I spoke to a few places and they all said it happens to polished rims (especially in Scotland!) and they all recommended powder coating them. I could have had them cut and relaquered but the cost of the refurb then goes up.

If you decide you don't like the shadow chrome and fancy selling them... :)

I'm just at the east end of the M8

No solid agreements on a set of anything yet so still keeping my eyes open. That said, with this weather I'm happy keeping my winters on for a bit longer :D

Only took me 3 months but I bought a set of these bad boys tonight...

Very pleased!
