By the way - what is the weather like in your part of the world in early January? You are in Atlanta - correct??
 
Raining yesterday, but in the mid-high 60'sF. Little chilly today, supposed to get up to 44F (Brrr!)
 
Thanks for the weather. I am going to be in Macon GA for 2-3 days on a boar hunting trip in January and wanted to figure out how cold it usually gets in the second week of January.
 
Mid-January, guessing mid 40'sF with wind chill factor at mid 30's during the day. Who knows, you may get luck and have 50-60F degree weather during your stay. GA has some funny weather at times. Let us know when you are going to be there, only about an hour drive. :thumbsup:

I have made my bookings. Will fly into Atlanta on Jan 11 and my buddy will pick me up. Then it's lunch and a boar hunt in the Macon area that evening. We hunt some more on Saturday dawn and evening. Fly back on January 13. I am not sure what my buddies have planned. Where in GA are you?
 
About 15 minutes or so from Macon. Let me know if you'll have an hour or so. I can even meet y'all somewhere for a quick visit, wouldn't want to impede any plans already in place, but a quick meet 'n greet would be nice - hopefully I'll have plenty of time to pick on you during HC and promise not to embarrass you in front of your buddies :whistle: .
 
You are welcome to embarrass me in front of my buddies. I think they will quite enjoy that. I think Saturday would be a good day because we will be in the area and plan to hunt both in the morning and evening.

Are you sharing a room with AJ over HC :fuelfire:

Sorry to disappoint you - it will be boar hunting in the evening too!! Saturday night is for Georgia peach huntin' :thumbsup:
