Hey guys,
I have got a new job and with it comes a company car. Due to this i am going to sell my current car and am looking for a weekend/fun car. I have always liked the look of the z4 and sat in one today and thought it was lovely. It will be second hand and I'm thinking about a budget of 10k. Due to this i would like i think a 2.5 or 3l one well specced i think. It will be a month or 2 till i can buy. What i wanted to know is
1. The coupe or convertible. I like them both what would the major difference in them both i.e. driving etc?
2. As I'm 28 (prob 29 when i get it) with 5 yrs no claims and no points would i get insured at a decent price for either the 2.5 or 3L? as I'm only looking at it for a weekend car
3. Are there any major things i would have to look out for when buying one of these?
4.Are they easy to work on? I like doing what i can on them or are quite a bit of the jobs dealers only
5.Any Northern Ireland members on here?
Thanks for all help guys
