I didn't know about this until my third (current) E89!

- Finally, the boot. Is there any way to open it while the car is running or do you have to stop the engine, take the key out, and hold the boot button down? That's what I've been doing. There must be a better way than that....
I can't be the only one like this... can I?
It's for things like this comfort access comes into its own. With key in pocket start car, get out of car, lock doors, walk up to the boot and open... basically with comfort access just keep your key in your pocket and never have to worry about what you're trying to open and what state the car is in.stuartinzg said:DinosaurEyes said:What I didn't realise is that the touch panel also locks it.

You can unlock the boot with the car running, just open the door, then press the unlock button next to the hazards. Ta da!
