Hi all,
Was so fed up of lockdown and no chance of any holidays or breaks, did a ridiculous impulse buy and bought a 2004 2.2 Z4 Roadster.
I know it's the baby engine, but it's good fun to drive.
Has got service history and is pretty good bodywork wise.
Had it serviced and checked over with my garage, all good.
Only thing I've noticed so far is it does not like storm Christophe so is a little damp.
Not surprised really with the age, but looking on the forum leaks can come from a number of places.
Pretty rubbish with DIY stuff on cars, so will maybe look for a good independent in South Wales to do any stuff needed.
From looking at other posts I see main advice is to relocate the roof motor? Is it badly positioned originally?
I'm sure I'll have plenty of other questions coming!
