i just installed a new motor finally but i think i lost a bit of fluid and its causing the motor to spin for about 8 seconds before the roof will actually start moving, then its rather quick. its building up the pressure i guess...
does the gaptech keep the roof open command until its open and locked in? i dont see myself taking this all apart again to put more fluid in anytime soon...

The one touch function keeps the button pressed for 16 seconds which is ample for most hoods to lower or raise but if yours takes longer than this I can make you a special unit with a longer operation time - just let me know how long you need it active for.
