New Carbon Interior - Pic Heavy!

I really want to get my roll hoops covered in some vinyl; maybe you could wrap yours and let me know how hard it is to do with them in situ?!

Now there's a thought, I have plenty spare and regret not spraying mine when I put the wind deflector on.

I have some matt vinyl so might have to give it a go.

That is such a good job mate. Really didn't like the wood effect, reminds me of my wfe's Rover. I bought that for £800 so didn't care to be honest.

The carbon looks sooo much better, your a brave man taking all that trim off though. lol

Thanks guys, the interior is a lovely place to be now. The carbon is holding up great, and looks awesome with the hood down light reflecting off the weave.

I am looking at other things to cover, iPhone4, mountain bike, MacBook Pro, hehe! Only joking!

The hoops would be OK to do if you have some skill due to the shape, you wouldn't want to use more than on sheet to make it nice.

String is to enable the roof to be raised manually.

I used 3M wrap in my E46 maybe a year ago now and there are no signs of wear and tear yet

It's spreading this carbon thing

be warned the carbon likes to peel off when exposed to the hot weather.

mine was fine until the heatwave this week and it just went all crap looking. ended up rippng most of it off.
