On my 2007 Coupe , I still have the original battery fitted, so nearly 11 years old now. The car still starts ok but putting a battery tester on and it says its low, which i'd expected, given its age.
Rather than risk getting caught out some time, i am going to change it now. When removing the original battery, am i likely to get issues, say with the radio or anything else? Or is just a case of remove and refit new, and just reset the clock?
Also, had a brief look online, regarding what battery to actually purchase. Was thinking about getting a Bosch S5 that ECP/CPFL recommend but it doesnt seem that powerful- 62ah
Tanya seem to only offer one choice, which is an Enduroline (think its their own battery) but this is more powerful than the Bosch- its 95ah and 780cca! It comes with a 4 year guarantee instead of 5 on the Bosch.
Anyone got one fitted? Pleased with its performance?
