NC500, 19,20,21st,22nd MAY,(3/4 day weekend), 2022. FULL.

We're looking to do the well known,and very enjoyable driving route that is the NC500 since its been 2019 since I last done it,and would love to do it again. :driving:

Looking at having to limit numbers on this to around 8 cars due to limited availability of Hotels etc.for those staying overnight/attending the whole weekend.
Although, for those who don't want to do the Full weekend,you could do just one day,then Drive on home or elsewhere if it suits.

Dates now confirmed,as Travel upto Inverness on the Thursday,stay Thursday night,staying in Inverness ,as last time,with the Drives on The Friday and Saturday,then the last section,back to Inverness finishing up around 3.30, approx. on

2.Dave1971/Laine & Nicola,Alpina Rdstr S, Definite/Paid.
.Sammyz/John & Pauline, YMB 35i E89, Definite..Now unable to attend, Australia bound(finally)
3.Gav.W ,Blue M4 Competition pk. Definite,paid.
4.Swiftly/ Nick & Lorraine , M40i G29 ,Day trip 1 day
5..Mmm-five/Tony C-I ,Black MC, Definite/paid.
6.Keyper/John & Sue, 2.5i Rdstr. Definite/paid.
7.Nooms/Steve and Lucia, Silver Grey MC. Definite, paid.
Ibasniper/Gary(+1)...now unable to attend.
8.Filtermike/Mike & Janet....3 zeds later,and and now in an F type Coupe. Definite, paid.
 
Yes, you can put my name down for now...might even have a working Z4 by then...assuming I haven't killed it/myself in the intervening months :P

If I kill the Z4, I'll be there in another 320D Touring...if I kill myself, I'm afraid I'll be missing this!

BTW, are you sure of those dates, as 19-21st May is Thur-Sat? The UK bank holiday is Saturday 28th to Monday 30th May.
 
Yes, Thursday night we travelled Upto Inverness when we last did it,in 2019.
Did the Drives on Friday/Saturday,and back down on the Sunday.
At the moment,it's going to be dependent on Hotels,etc

Just an UPDATE on this one Folk's.....

THERE IS CURRENTLY ONE ROOM IN THE HOTEL, AVAILABLE FOR THIS ON BOTH THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS,IN RESPECTIVE HOTELS/ LOCATIONS.

So,if you have ever fancied doing the NC500 but haven't managed it as yet,please get your name down on here or pm me and Join a bunch of (mainly) z4 owners, And enjoy a combination of Scenic driving , some Stops to take in some sights along the way as well as some opportunities to stretch the legs of our respective cars,when roads and conditions,etc allow us to do so safely :driving: :thumbsup:

THERES also planned toilet stops etc along the way each day,Lunch stops and Booked in Dinners for Friday and Saturday nights.
For Thursday night in Inverness,pm me for details.

There's been a couple of call offs, for genuine reasons,so as said,now have 1 room in the Hotel free,and Potentially 1 room in the B n B for the Friday night and 2 Hotel rooms free for the Saturday night

UPDATE 2....
I HAD PREVIOUSLY SENT OUT PRICES OF HOTELS,EXPECTED COSTS ETC,Via WhatsApp,
BUT I Was WAITING ON CONFIRMATION FROM THE TONGUE HOTEL,
WHICH I NOW HAVE
(THEY STILL DON'T OPEN AGAIN AFTER WINTER BREAK UNTIL NEXT WEEK).

SO,I will pm everyone on the list for an email address,and I will email everyone with Prices/Costs for the Hotel's etc

Hi folks,sent emails out to everyone who is attending.
Please let me know you get them asap, cheers.

As per emails,I am now looking for the Balance of the Friday night Hotel accommodation by MONDAY,4th APRIL.
PAID TO ME VIA PAYPAL,AS WITH THE DEPOSITS.

So,if you can get this to me,I will then be forwarding it all onto the Hotel for our Friday night stay on that day, Thanks.

What a cracking weekend.

Great roads,decent weather,mainly, and excellent company.
Was great to see everyone again,and to catch up,plus meeting one or two fir the first time.

Will try and see what pics I have,but didn't take alot,as too busy Driving,etc.
