NC500, 19,20,21st,22nd MAY,(3/4 day weekend), 2022. FULL.

Had an excellent long weekend, with decent weather and company, plus roads that were often very light in traffic.
Look forward to seeing you all again soon

And we even did a 40 metre high Zipline over a Gorge/Cliff face and Beach.
Plus one brave member of our group even went in Wild Swimming at Chlachtoll, which didn't look warm, but I was assured it was lovely and warm, lol.

Great photos Craig. We really enjoyed the weekend but still a bit worn out by the 1160 miles we did over the 4 days. Thanks again for organising. See you in a couple of weeks for the D&G run.

Yes,U think everyone feels the same, tired but had fun doing it,lol.

I did 975 mile's all in to and from home.

Was great to see you both as always, and see you in a couple of weeks mate.

Thanks Craig for your efforts, its not easy to run something like this smoothly, always issues and obstacles to overcome, timing for lunches, evening meals, booking into hotels, Fuel stops, it goes on, it can be stressful and something i could not do.

It was also good to see some old faces along with new faces too

we ended up doing just short of 1050 miles all in, not bad for the old girl, however we did pickup a fault, as in the drive cable snapped on the nearside window lift mechanism, so it has to be opened by hand just now

Stay safe everyone, hopefully see most at the National in July. a few pics to follow soon

A few Pics from the Trip, including one from 2080 feet or so showing the view, and yup quite mild up at the top too

Yes,it went well,on the whole I think.
The weather was decent, Thursday, Friday and Saturday anyway.....even Sunday I had the roof down most of the day bar an hour or two at Lunchtime,so not bad at all.
The traffic was even surprisingly light majority of the time.
We had alot of mainly traffic free roads, with only a handful of cars/traffic to get past during each entire day,bar the Single track sections,it was very enjoyable driving.
I never get bored of driving these roads, even after 30+ years, lol :driving:
Was great to see you both as always, and everyone else, including a couple of newbies.

Excellent company made it an excellent weekend.

Here's to the next one,and to the National in July as you said.

Nice pics,John
I just realised I never got one of that nice wee old station,or many of all the cars in attendance.
Makes a change, haha,as usually it's nothing but car pics in my phone after a meet.

Obviously I was choosing the scenery etc,Or just having too much fun to stop and take pics :D
