I'm a bit last minute here, but as the other half will be this coming weekend, it would be ideal for me to join you all. I'll be in a blue MR.
Since the campsites are full, I've provisionally found a B&B so I won't have to sleep in the car.
I'd be there for the Saturday and Sunday drives, plus the Saturday evening if you don't mind a non-camper crashing in.

Took the car for a wash yesterday. I would of washed it (beautiful day) but today was forcasting 60% rain, which usually means it's raining all day. Figures today they get it right. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain as well. That plus a several hour trip up there means my car won't be clean. Hopefully there will be a spot there to give it a quick spray down. Oh I know, I'll toss a bucket & mitt at my fiance and have her wash!

Just been out washing/polishing mine 2nt,tho becoming harder to hide the stonechips/must save up for the respray
The swirls on the paintwork have been bugging me for a while now. The detailer around here who comes highly recommended is pretty booked up for the next month or so and Wednesday was the only available slot in his diary. Besides its got to look good for this magazine feature

A few will - seem to remember Craig and Tweed bringing a variety of products (so you could try to blag some from them) - but many don't. Personally it's about the driving, not the shining.

its about the driving/not the shining;as mine is one of the furthest travelled tho,i just didnt want it looking too bad/dirty.
i only took a cleaning spray/solution and a sponge/towel;not alot
they all looked very good in all the pics from last yr anyway,even during/after the Drives ,so i wouldnt worry about it

List now updated....we have had a few ppl pull out,and some are now unable to attend both days,and there are a few who have not replied to me recently(for confirmation)...but there are a few more recent additions,so still be aprox 20-25 cars (at present),on each day
Well, the latest weather forecast from the BBC now showing both days as sunny intervals AND NO RAIN!!!. 8)

Last yr we had a wee bbq(as it wasnt planned),and there were only half a dozn or so,compared to around 15ppl at the Sat nt/main bbq...so we will prob have a bbq or do something;weather being ok/espcly as there will be a larger proportion of ppl camping this time
(depending on what evry1 else is up for/what time they are arriving,etc)
