Happy New year you two!
Put Morag and I down as "possibles". I'll have to take the old girl out in the salt :o .................Talking about the Z not Morag!

Hi Paul, I'm interested in this, the route looks pretty decent. I'd love to come on a run with you fellows but my main issue is that by the time I get to the start point -and back again - it's gonna be a whole tank of fuel, not to mention the mileage. I think you do head down closer to my neck of t'woods don't you? Count me in for that, put me on ice for this run. It's close to my bidet (sorry, never can resist that "joke"...) so folks coming up around that time. I've seen a number of Zeds near me and could prolly organise smthg myself to keep my fuel/mileage issues at bay but I am a rank amateur at this sort of thing! Short version: I'll let you know but assume a maybe (no?) until then.

Hi Angus,

Know what you mean about the salt - the run will be weather dependent of course - we shall have to wait and see and hope for the best - would be great to see you.

Hi Stevo,

Good to hear from you - we'll be holding a few other runs again this season and you may want to wait for (hopefully) better weather. We have some terrific roads up here (Hartside pass to come, Howick loop going to be on again and hopefully others). Know what you mean about the petrol costs. Got to be worth the travel and this is just the start of the season for us.

See what the weather's looking like before you decide. (There may be runs arranged in Yorkshire as well - keep an eye on the forum - If not I'd encourage anyone to organise a meet and run - there's advice on the forum about the basics needed, so why not have a go)

Hope to meet you sometime this season Stevo
