The good news is so did I

Lots of things to do as you can imagine. The real bonus for me is a big hole that I have. Might have to build a new garage around it though

One of many jobs today. It's covered in boxes and garage stuff at the minute. I will update when I uncover it.

Congratulations Steve - great fun if you get to build your own garage. DIY it, you'll find it much more satisfying (and cheaper)

That is one nicely vented roof....

It is as you say, vented.

Well I also have an indoor swimming pool. It's about 3.5m long 1m wide and about six foot deep.

Luckily I recon there is only a few inches of water as there is a breeze block in the bottom half visible. Don't believe it's been used for a long time so not too bad, but will have to pump it out.

You're welcome to borrow my pump if you can wait until the Watermill meet, I could bring it and give it to Perry etc, if they are close to you, then wait until another meet sometime to return it, no hurry as I bought it for one job. They won't be much to hire but if you want it it's not a problem.

So you moved on the hottest day of the year

And I was blaming Brexit for the values of houses going down, but it was you moving closer to me

Your not wrong, but I didn't have to do the moving luckily.

Only come across one issue when we went to do dinner tonight and realised we have left all the baking trays and the like at our old house, along with the oven gloves. Can't be arsed to ask for them back, might be more trouble than they are worth.

Thanks for the offer but I'm going to buy one. Only about £30 on fleabay and I don't know how often I will need it.

Happy new home mr h & good to see the Z stays covered

Yep, slightly bigger than the old garage. Hoping I can get round the whole car.

I can see it being rebuild at some time though.

Don't get a dirty water one srhutch you don't need one, the pick up sits higher than a normal one to cope with stones, mud, all sorts of crap and will leave more water in the pit than a clean pump.

Congratulations on your move, and more importantly having a pit! It's not exactly easy to get under a Z4 without that or a lift!

But if you have water in it with the current weather I'm just wondering if waders might be a better investment than a pump?

It probably really needs to be tanked, but I'm just jealous really! Hope you get plenty of use from it!
