My Z4 with Nitrous

This is really interesting.....

Do you any any better pictures of the install in your car with the display and switches etc.?

It's really tempting as a winter project.

Sorry not been on here for a while, not sure why I didnt get an email notification. I fitted the kit myself, theres plenty of supportfrom the wizards of Nos and their manuals are quite comprehensive. I got the kit second hand off ebay for £500 but probably spent another £200 on top of that for other bits and pieces, however, the kit i bought included WON's top of the range progressive controller and if with hindsite although a great bit of kit would'nt recommend a newbie fitting it, it really made my life a whole lot harder. If I did it again i wouldnt fit a progressive controller at all and if it needed it you they have a much simpler version

Yes thats one of the downsides, I need to get a job at a hospital. To be fair when I used it, it frightens me so much, I leave off for a bit, you could say its just for special occasions:)

Always wanted to do this to a car, and this looks like the one to do it to for the same reason. Would love a supercharger but 5 grand is just not worth it. So, process of grabbing bits is going to be underway next week! Thanks for the info mate!

Hi there. Looking into doing the same exact install myself. I was wondering did you go with any different spark plugs after the install? Have you had any more problems down the road as a consequence of the install?

Thanks for all the info, super useful!

Hi
I did go one plug grade cooler although I was told that was not really necessary for the amount of power I was running, I mainly did it because Trevor (won genius) didnt recomend the use of multi earth type plugs. No problems at all still scaring myself every time i use it. If I were to do the install again I wouldnt bother using the controller, it came with the kit I bought and makes the install far more complex than it needs to be. Ive just got everything on it adjusted to max as if it was not there

How long does a tank last interms of time?

Kit has been fitted 2 years now and no issues, Its nots like you use it all the time, just a fun blip now and again. I'll let everyone know when I need new pistons!
