I've got the same one for a Roadster which I ought to advertise on here seeing as I haven't owned a Roadster for 2 years now!!

Not as yet mate.. I have just reduced it on Pistonheads to try and generate a bit more interest in it..

The car behind is Bunnjoyriders M roadster. I am using that until I take delivery of the new one as he doesnt use it until the summer. I know he's a great friend :D

That is actually Bunnyjoyriders roadster cover but it fits the coupe just fine :thumbsup:

Ive been friends with him for years, Infact he bought his car after I bought my last zed roadster and I got him to join this forum when he did. But yes it is awesome that he would do such a thing.

I will enjoy driving it around for the next few weeks, Not sure if ill enjoy the increased visits to the fuel pump though :wink:
 
Just relisted on Pistonheads for another 30 days. The car has got to go at this price surely :(

It was advertised at £500 more 3 weeks ago which isnt a million miles away from where it is now. It's a shame you didnt contact me :(

Nice looking car, but '100% Z4M look' is a bit of a stretch. Bonnet...?

I can't believe how cheaply good Z4 coupes sell for in the UK. Good luck.

And that is why I don't understand why people buy brand new cars (especially 3 or 5 door generic euro boxes). Even more so when those people then make daft comments like "you get paid too much".

I wonder JDM if you listed it without as many mods what interest you would get? Its a fantastic car and one to be proud of, but I wonder if some buyers are put off by the fact it's not original. Let them phone up before telling them which of the bits you've changed. Some stuff is obvious and unfair not to tell a potential buyer, but bits that are maybe optional extras that you retro-fitted then tell them once they've seen it and want it :) Just a thought!
 
Thats a fair point cj_eds, thanks for your input. I will give it some thought and if nothing happens in the next week or so then look at altering the advert.

On the other hand I like to be upfront with people as I would want people to be the same with me. Thats why I mentioned in the ad about being an active member on here as I thought people could research the car if they wanted to and see its been done properly.

It's an awkward thing this selling cars..

Another option I am toying with is returning the car to standard and selling off all the bits and either selling it privately or trading it in. I really dont want to do this though as it is spoiling a really unique car and its such a hassle :headbang:
 
Well despite me thinking today was not a good day to sell a car with this horrible weather, I have taken a deposit on the car and all being well the new owner will be collecting next weekend

Im pleased too, just really sad to think it will be going. Iv'e become quite attached in my year of ownership.

The comforting factor is the new owner seems a very nice chap indeed who is also particular about his cars so Im pretty sure it will be given the same amount of love and attention I have given it :)
 
Well done on the sale, need to update your sig now. Make sure the new owner knows about this place. :wink:

Thanks guys... Of course. the forum was one of the first things I told him about. I will be giving him further details when he comes to collect and hope that he will sign up. :D
