Yes, I agree and guess as no one would spend the money needed to redesign and manufacture something more modern, I need to resign myself to a set of angel eyes. :(

I'm sure they'll be fine. See how the pads wear anyway, just to be safe.

2 hours sleep on Friday night as was looking at them as designed to be front mounted as on 996s
So pistons go from larger to smaller now
I called brake guys and said it's 2mm don't worry as if were the fronts he's have them back as something like 26 to 38 I think

But agreed I'll keep an eye on them
My current problem appears ds2500s dont have a cut out for sensor hmmmmm

I've got the same lockers, I went black bolts to match though!

Ref the brake sensors, I didn't bother, more orange lights on the dash is better isn't it? :evil:

I've done it to make lockers stand out buddy;)
Going to buy bolt standard pads and see how the fit in back plate then drill and file to match

Then look at rears as bought modded sensor
But have to look at pads to see how fit them now!!
Just when u think your nearly there hahah
 
Can only reiterate what everyone else has said, look great so worth all that hard work assuming they stop you safely without the optional anchor you mentioned!

Please let us all know how they perform when you have bedded them in, and get ready for all the requests for advice/info on how to copy your install.
 
I'd probably go for any color but that purple, but big up for the effort!
How much did you pay for the spray job?
Did you do the pre-sanding etc yourself?
