Go to an Accident management company and your neck and wrist hurt more now than they did at the time of the accident
It's completely unethical but you'll get a better pay out .
indeed you do...also the reason why insurances are so high.. 8)
Indeed it is , but the roots run deeper than you would imagine , my wife had a non fault accident , called audi recovery and 2 hours later received a call telling her that a replacement car was on its way , is a 330d as we can't supply a5 3.0 until next week ? I was away at the time so as she understood it it was sorted out by the insurance , I thought it was generous until I realised she had unwittingly signed up with accident exchange
Repair took 5 months , car hire came to , sit down for this , £24,000 , that's correct 24k .
Audi puts their accident recovery to accident exchange , who in turn supply audis as replacement cars , I wonder why
It's all a con and they all scratch each other's backs including the legal teams , the barrister asked me why the hire charge was so high , I explained the above and pointed out that his firm also sent everything in duplicate on different days , how much per letter

oke
I should point out that she never claimed any physical injuries and had to phone up and almost demand the car be repaired and returned .
Bunch of sharks feeding off the rest of us
My original point was threaten with accident exchange and the insurance will get a move on , for obvious reasons .
