My old man used to have a 2002 touring in yellow too, as well as a silver 2002 tii albeit the tii was rotten, but I remember the touring being solid and always got attention even back in the mid 80’s.

Lovely. The 2002s have always looked well propositioned in pictures and I was still taken with them when I saw several of them at some car gathering somewhere.

Also appear in one of my favourite films, The China Syndrome.

That's lovely. I had twin 40 delortos in my MK1 golf. Sounded amazing... Still have the carb tuning book which may be helpful.
