The only car I don't have any pics of is a Suzuki Vitara, I can't think why

No Porsches or Ferarris I'm afraid :D

Love the Swift GTi. Hate all Audi's. Fascinated by the changing foliage in your street. :D

Tim mate, uv had more cars than ive had hot dinners!

Thing is if I hadn't bought any of them I could afford the Ferrari by now

Tim.
Maybe two ferraris!
I would never buy a ferrari anyway. Theyre lovely but totally overrated and v fragile.
My dad had an old 308gtb with the carb engine and it was always breaking down. U always see them breaking down at the 'ring too, usually with clutch failure.
My money would go on a sorted porsche 911 everytime.

Also fascinated by the changes ng foliage. Where did all the trees go?
And were u a homeowner before u got ur license? Same house in the photos since 1982. Or did you always live at home with the folks? Lol
I was a late starter at 21 but i had to shake out of fekin student debts before i could lash the cash on a motor.

I bought the Swift GTI new at £7995, ordered a white one and ended up with a black one  The little twin cam engine was fabulous with 101hp and the cam cover was blue exactly like the Lotus Cortina, I think Suzuki copied the look. It was a pretty nippy car as it weighed nothing. Downside was the cylinder head cracked and it spend over a month in the workshop waiting for parts in which time the drivers door got dented all over

I traded the Audi A3 1.8 in for a new MK3 Toyota MR2 but the engine blew after 200 miles from new :o Toyota wouldn't replace the engine but wanted to repair it on a new car so I told them to stick it and got the Audi back.

Good varied selection Tim, I noticed the house opposite lost its car port over the years & your neighbour cut down the nice silver birch tree.
Your driveway has become neater over time as well

I love the Ferarri FF so I would be a sucker for one if I had the money :)

lol, the trees disappeared over time I think the neighbours re did their gardens over time, lawns up, gravel down :)

The house, well bungalow belonged to my gran who passed away in the early 80's and it was handed over to me and have lived there since.

Thanks Rob, the bungalow opposite, that will be when the elderly couple who owned it passed away and it was renovated and has been rented out ever since.

Actually looking at the pics its like something out the Time Machine  except with cars :)

Marvellous - love the Toyota MR2 T-Bar

Wished I still had it, I still used to see it locally for a good 5 years after I traded it in.

Strangely with the MINI Cooper S I noticed the MOTs stopped in 2012 I think when 9 years old and wander if it was scrapped or written off.

Passed my test 1974 had 14 cars up to 1982
1982 to present just about to get my 15th company car.
Had my Z 4 weekend toy for 3:5 years
Plus Lots of motorcycles over the years.

That's why I'm happy but poor

lol, the carport belonged to the bungalow, the white car which is a Rover actually belongs to the house next door, the elderly couple used to let the neighbour use it even though he has a garage  He still lives there now.

I remember at the time in 1982 I was looking to get a flat as I just started in a full time job that year, then my gran passed away and left me the house, I was gobsmacked as I was only 17 at the time.
