Yep, 5 min job. Tricky to get the old one off, needs both hands to pull it up, mind you don’t hit yourself in the face when it releases. Just push the ZHP one on, give it a thump with the heel of your hand. I bought mine from Sytner Coventry on EBay. Refurb of those 108 wheels won't be cheap as to get a proper job the rims have to be split. You can save a bit if you split them yourself, but from what I've read it isn't often straightforward. :roll:
Nobody has mentioned the roof motor yet! They tend to get wet where BMW located them, so getting it moved into the boot prevents issues. There are a few forum members that can do that for you, depending where you are.
ZHP gear-knob is definitely an improvement - just be careful getting the old one off! It can result in injury to areas you don't want injured!

luckily the previous owner already relocated the roof motor to the boot so that's one thing less to worry about! Are there more than one style of ZHP gear knobs? If so what do you recommend?
