My E89 Z4 35i ESS, Dynoed

Really nice comments  I also have 19", and they are simply to small for the car. I think 20" is the best looking wheels for e89, on a E85 its to big. With the design of Breyton Race LS, they look even bigger than 20". Should have been possible to get 19,5" wheels :D

This is how it looks like at daylight :) With red needles...

After removing some parts last week, I have now sent them to be sprayed in a paintshop. The grills for the M bumper shall be Maserati grey after cutting the mesh away :D Then the front grills will be glossy black with chrome surroundings. The covers for the rollover bars shall be in car colour.

I bought a used rear M bumper with some painting problems. This one is also sent to be resprayed with some brand new 35is diffusers. The smallest diffuser will be Maserati grey as my brake calipers.

I have already done the front parts of the rollover covers in alcantara. Here is two pics that show original vs alcantara.

Wow, looks very sporting but classy, the 20s look at home, if BMW did an M Black series like amg I don't think it be far off this!

It's going to look great

Can't wait to see the modified front bumper & grilles...

Thanks, I really hope BMW will make a Z4 with wide fenders as the AMG Black Series, but that will probably never happen. Its really great that you think my Z4 looks sporty and classy :D

I promised an update when my steering wheel was finished, so here it is :D

I got the last alcantara piece trimmed with beige stitching to match my interior. Also the gear gaiter was custom made in alcantara with beige stitching. So this is now a little different steering wheel that I am very satisfied with :)

Here`s the pics:

This is the original lower spoke of the M steering wheel.

I twisted off the original leather.

Then I glued on the new alcantara piece and then the M badge.

This is the result, but some bad quality pictures :| :

I really like my wheels, but not everybody like them. It`s not the new CSL`s  The wheels is really rare here in Norway, never seen them on another BMW.

what do u do for living if i may ask?

I work at Norway`s only official Ferrari/Maserati/Bentley dealer. I`m a manager for the finishing department. A great job, and perfect for testing other cars than my Z4 :P
