Looks like they've deployed on all sides there bro

MO, I, like some of the others, wasn't sure I was going to like these but having seen them I think they look really good. Well done for being innovative

Thanks for the honesty bro, I was apprehensive about the result and was worried about the sizing of the diamonds, stitching, padding and which parts to quilt.
Due to the fact that I had dropped the seats off at Paul's home in the late evening I hadn't seen any swatches etc. so it was all done over the net which made it more of a worry but I am happy with the result considering everything.

Thanks again 'O.G'

You've got to be happy with that! Have you thought about getting the whole door leathered?

As per this beautiful creature:

Update from Paul at Trim-star.co.uk ...

Mo,

" To re trim a complete pair ( 2 ) in standard leather - the cheapest will be £700.
If you want the nice stuff like yours it will be £895.00 for a pair! Big, doing a whole door!! You need TWO full hides of leather before you even start!!
It will involve a lot of work including making templates to work from
. "

STANDARD LEATHER

NAPPA LEATHER

I don't know how much original ones cost but I suppose they will be a lot more than £300 - £400 each ??

Can't remember how much the extended leather option was - I am sure I remember something like $2,500 all in. That included leather roll hoops, leather A pillars, along the top of the windscreen incl. sun visors, transmission tunnel, up either side of the centre cubby, and door cards. A veritable sh1tload of moo coats.

That's a lot of leather Bing , Makes me wonder why people wouldn't opt for it at that price at purchase time.
I saw power folding mirror as an extra option price £160 and people don't bother ! hey ho

Just had a look, it was $2,700 for a roadster. Not sure if that translated over to here at exchange rates or was priced 'independently' for the UK market.

Check this out, Imola Red ///MR with extended leather and just about every other option, possibly my favourite thread on the whole forum :

You say you can't believe that people wouldn't spec extended leather - I can't believe that with every other option on the car this guy didn't find another £300 for a wind deflector

Yes , you're right mate, seems to have it all even cup holders. Didn't realise about the extended leather until after I had got my seats done. Still it's a lovely option.
