I disagree - it does 2 things
- it changes the sensitivity of the upper third of the accelerator pedal (ie throttle opens more for the same movement of the pedal distance)
- it makes the DBW throttle react quicker to changes in pedal movement (for example if you lift off suddenly in sport mode it pops more, as it shuts the throttles more quickly so unburnt fuel gets into the exhaust)
The second part is important too.

Why is it so much worse than the clutch on the non m cars? different degree of clutch bite or throttle response?
Stay away from the DSC button.Woots & Blueflash said:Couldn't bloody sleep could i so time is dragging even more now till i get to go see her.....shame its raining though

Although whilst the Conti M3s may be a leap ahead of Linglongs, they're a leap behind modern rubber (Michelin PSS, Conti 5P, Goodyear F1A-2).Adam D said:If its had new tyres, make sure they are correct spec for the car (Contisport M3's or similar michelin/contisports) and not linglong ditchfinders![]()
