Can we not meet on the 30th August ?
We wanted to leave a break after Shepshed but there wasn't a day that everyone could make so picked the one that looked the most acceptable

Just thinking I'll be covering a lot of mileage that day and doing it Sunday would have given Monday to recover

Stop being a wimp  You'll be back home just after lunch and be able to have a well earned snooze on the sofa following a belly full of grub and enjoyed the company of wonderful people :friends:

so, after a bit of cricket-supporter hooliganism, I took the opportunity to recce the remainder of the route :driving:

Looking OK so let's hope the weather's as good as it's been today :heat:

Perry, please count me in.

I saw Ed Doe yesterday at Goodwood and he is seeking clearance from a higher authority!

Thanks

Unfortunately won't be able to make this now. Mike is away that weekend and I only have the Up.

There is a massive queue suddenly of drivers that have a space for you

I've worked out that, by extending the route by about 12 minutes, we can do two high-speed tunnel runs... :driving:
