This is the most expensive thing I've ever purchased to use on the odd weekend

Hard to estimate which cost more - I suspect the house but it depends where it is!

Not sure I could copy with having to maintain a second house, keeping one house up is bad enough. Also forces you (mentally) to go there instead of some other place for a change.

To be fair I own an unoccupied house that was far more expensive than the zed .. but thats appreciated £60k in under 2 years .. whereas the BMW ... well we all know what comes next..
