Monkey mans power adder

Hi Guys

I am afraid not. I have been really struggling for time. Its very close.
One boost leak to fix. A few small issues and fit a uprated fuel pump and its ready for mapping. I hope to have some time over Christmas to finish it.

Hi guys remember me?
Been off cars for a while life’s been busy. New job a 2 year old!
Well spent a few hours on the car over the last few weeks. I have moved the car to my brothers workshop/yard mostly because it’s close to home. And not on my drive way looking sad. I have built a new intercooler out of 2 I had been playing with. Due to the feed and return being on the same side. I have been limited with options. But this is what I have come up with.

I even managed to fit the oil cooler behind. I just need to notch the crash bar do that fits. And about 10000 other jobs and it’s done

Good to hear from you Matt - glad it’s on it’s way to being finished!
Sorry I haven’t checked in for a while life has been crazy to say the least. But hopefully the car can get a bit of time again. And I can keep you updated. I am off buying a set of wheels later too!!

Hi Matt,

Let me know if you’re planning on selling your Style 67s! Fancied trying a set of those for a while.

67s? Are they the m3 wheels?
You will need to roll your wheel arches for them to fit. Make me an offer? Although I did put my hart and soul into polishing them! Would have to be a cracking offer!! You could get them cheaper else where. But they won’t fit. I machined the mounting face off by a few mm.

Pretty incredible journey - over 2 years from the first post! All the newer members should take an afternoon to read through all this from day one. It's like an epic engineering novel!

It is like a novel this post! A lot of ups and downs like a good book to.

I absolutely 100% need to see this finished mate, it's an epic build. If I keep the Z4 then this will be the inspiration to have it boosted ;)

If you go boosted I can put you on to a guy that sells and installed a great kit.
