Finally got round to ordering new boots for my 3.0 and getting rid of the damned RFT's after two years! I couldn't stand another full set of them after replacing just the rears last year.
Cannot wait to try out the feel of them, will the tramlining be gone, will the pogo stick effect when you pull away from lights on an uneven surface be a thing of the past? All will be revealed this thursday.......
In the meantime, I'm paying £666 all in, fitted balanced etc (£278 front, £388 rear). Is this a reasonable deal? I looked at Black Circle and etyres on line and this deal beat them both by a good £40 plus.
Comments would be welcomed, and I'll name and shame the fitter as long as you lot don't tell me I've been ripped off!
Anybody interested in making me an offer on a couple of Bridgestone RE 050 runflats 255/35 R18 with a good amount of tread left?

) until right before I sold the car, always regretted it. So stuck with the PS2s on the Alpina. Wanted to switch to the Goodyear F1 Asyms but can't get them anywhere in the rear size. I'd have more fun on the Falkens I think as I could see them much more as consumables and not worry about turning the TC off.
