May have been caught speeding - any advice?

I was doing 39 in a 30 in north Derbyshire a business colleague was doing 41 on the same road, we were both offered the course

35 - 42 in a 30 will get you a speed awareness course (if you haven't been caught before)

I regularly drive through I know it's 40 but Hyundai shows it as 60 :roll: So all my speeding tickets are forwarded to Hyundai UK HQ

Joking apart, the BMW System in my 335 recognises the road sign Speed limits and is not reliant on sat nav location- it also sees village name signs in Germany and recognises them as 50kph - then converts that to 30mph.

Yes the BMW system on my G29 seems quite good, it recognises local speed limits through the camera even picking up temporary limits due to road works. There is the odd glitch, one stretch of single carriageway road on the A47 that I use often displays on the HUD as 70mph when it should be 60. I don't think I could use that as a viable excuse if I get nicked though
