I am also completely biased, I have a 2006 2.0i Roadster and I think Montego Blue / Pearl Grey interior is absolutely the best combination. I love mine, happy motoring

Careful saying its not a problem that its a 2.0lt, you'll have the 2.0 haters (hater) out of his lair and pointing out how you've gone wrong.

One bonus of the 2.0l over the bigger engines...

49 MPG over 400+ miles in the last 2 days. All motorway at 70-75 MPH. What on earth do these cars run on, fresh air? I put £50 in the tank and still have a quarter left.

Oh and I've just discovered how much fun you can have when you turn off the traction control

I just returned to this thread as it was updated, and found I had forgotten to post a photo - not really allowed on here!

Did a couple of jobs tonight. First up was to change the headlight bulbs to white xenon bulbs, replacing the yellow Helogen ones. You access the rear of the lights via an inspection panned in the wheel arch liner. Wheels off then...

Thought I'd give these a try for a fiver. Found them in TK Max of all places.

Before on the left and new bulbs on the right. They look a lot whiter that the picture suggests. Happy with that.

Next up was to give the brake calipers a coat of new silver paint. Seems to take years off a car.

Just found this thread. Beautiful roadster you've got yourself there and I'm liking all your mods so far - your silver callipers have got me thinking, mine need re-painting soon and I may go silver too.

Went for a lovely 100 mile drive, just me and the little one yesterday around some of my favourite roads just outside York.

Today I took the Z4 to my local garage to get the exhaust tips modified from single to twin. Really happy with the results.
