It's the little things you miss, somebody to do the washing, cleaning and cooking :D

.....but seriously it's the intimacy, a loving touch goes along way in making you feel better
 
It's the simple pleasures....I miss doing the food shop together....having breakfast on a Sunday morning out together.....playing with my hair whilst on the sofa......NICK...stop it!!! What's coming over me!!!?? :rofl:

Washing/cleaning etc can be hired in plus you can get all intimacy etc with more than one partner when living on your own and I wouldn't change it for anything
 
So, I felt ready today to read what undoubtedly would be a mix of unkind and kind posts having been told by Nick and Pete that such a thread existed.

It's interesting to read the various replies and I thank those who took the time to post positive entries. To those that posted unkind replies, I say this; you often find in life that those that love you or envy you the most are those that hurt you the most. (Place suitable smiley here)

My reasons for taking a hiatus from this forum were all surrounding both my own individual circumstances and feelings at the time related to what I felt I could offer, which seemed of diminishing value.

Who knows whether I'll talk further here, but again I thank those that posted positively and warmly. To those that posted unkind replies, which I'm thankful we're few, know that I take no offence and I'm sure you had your own reasons.

Aha good to see you back Maniac! I always think with the forum, losing someone from it for any reason at all is usually going to be a loss! Even if some don't see it. You should stick about, forums are interesting when people's opinions differ, and made more interesting when a lot if knowledge can be shared.

Did you keep your zed in the end? I'm sure you were having a lot of troubles last time you were on
