Go get them hard anodised, shouldn't be that expensive but will stop them oxidising away during the winter with all the salt on the roads

You could have yourself a cracking sideline here the gear knob looks great also just need a handbrake lever now :)

Then lower font and rear braces, then some nice exhaust trims ..... I'd love to work at your place I'd be like a pig in the brown stuff

And some scuff plates for the underside of the front bumper........

I'll stop now you've got enough to do by lunchtime

quit the dallying around Mm & get on with a front splitter AKA Cupra copy :D you,d have to make a few hundred though 8)

No, they stopped making them and I would spend quite a lot to obtain an original full 3 piece set. Have a search for Alutec on here and you'll find pics

Edit - I think this is Cjeepers'

Could be a nice little cottage industry for me. I realised I needed the hand break to match once I fitted the knob!!

He he there are lots of things to make. I am happy to help you guys out for a few beer tokens :)

That is very very hot if I am going to make one it might has well look good. There is one hell of a lot of work there for the first one. Once they are programmed and proved on the CNC. It's just the cost of time and material. I will have a go Stuart might not look exactly the same. What where theses selling for? I would probably be looking at around £250 -£300 with time and the aluminium.

No idea on what the next set will change hands for, they're like hen's teeth to find. You're probably not a million miles away on price. Ideally find a set and clone them, those mounts look quite complex. Not sure if they're cast and machined or solid billot. I've got a BMW strut brace now, but would be sorely tempted if an Alutec set came up, or if you could get a set as good as that.
