Nice work mate!

I see your from Bergen. Used to work over there with Shell.
Nice!
I see your from England,

I used to live over there with Mum lol

Best move I ever made was over here to the States, and yeah Bergen is beautiful,
I actually didn't know Shell had anything here?

I know BMW does, I actually live 2 streets away from BMW HQ USA,
Right next to Mercedes Benz USA lol

Lots of major company's have their HQ's very close to me, Too many to list but there is a lot

The only thing I dislike about aftermarket footrests designed for the 3ers is the bottom left corners (which don't fill up the space of the Z4 footrest). I had to flip mine upside down to get it to look good. Too bad you didn't have the option to do that with yours.

So... get your ass in gear mate... aluminum pedal the rest of em eh? :poke:

You could do something similar to what I did and go for a generic rectangular rest. Once machined off at the correct angle and the rubber re-inserted, then it fits the Z4 shape perfectly, covers all the pedal and is flush with the side carpet. Of course LHD may have a slight variation in design.

It doesn't show well on the photo, but the angle of the 3 pedals inserts works as a fan shape, so all look geometrically correct. (Yeah I know it's not an ///M but that all that was available to match the Z4 specific pedals :) )

How have you found the materials quality? I was planning to order a load but another member wasn't impressed so this put me off.
Looks and feels fine to me
You can see I'm a little obsessive with my car and if it was poor quality I wouldn't use it
It looks almost the same as factory carbon leather as you can see

I'm very pleased with it
But bottom line with this stuff us take your time applying it

Thanks :)

I have a few more ideas to act on, Might focus on the 4:10 rear end swap first though,

I tried ordering a yard and they are currently sold out. I will give this a try myself when they have them back in stock.

Looks good (so far) - You should go for the M stiched shift boot too from LeatherZ
Yes I would love that,

But I'm thinking of doing it myself,
I have a lead on the thread and i'll see if its possible

Starscream, I see that Joe has sold out of the material. I wonder why. I ordered from another source but don't have a ship date on this. I will be doing the gear shift bezel (I own an M3 now) and all the black panel bits on the dash and door handles. How durable is this material anyway?

Greg its durable,
but the shift bezel can be a bit of a pain, the power window switches attach from the underside, So If yo have wrapped the bezel and pulled the material into the window switch holes its going to bind,
What I did was heavy glue around that area and instead of pulling the fabric down I cut the fabric exactly at the lines so it would appear it is wrapped into the hole,
That way when you fit the window switches the material wont be forced up,

Also if your doing the door handles they are a bit of a pita too
