That bad looks amazing when i get caught up at work i will look at making the roundel set for my car

No Picks yet I will get some over the weekend Chris. Are you thinking about getting some?? I have a set of E90 M3 replicas i am trying to get rid of? The ones on the car at the start of the thread. I am only looking for £100 for the 4 wheels. 1 will need some attention due to a crack. I have just PMed you also i will be making more gear knobs this week.

If any one wants a gear knob let me know if you need a five six or SMG. I will get them made and posted out by Monday. I am also making some strut braces as well.

So a little updated.

I have brought a new anti roll bar its from an M3 i got it off MrLosser comes with new ARB busshes and some other bits. I am also in the proses of getting the remaining bushes off Shooter so the front will have all new powerflex bushes. I hope tis will tighten up the front end and stop some tram lining. I am hopping to get new non RFT tyres next month to and lower the car on FK springs. I want to do it all in stages and feel the difference each bit makes. I think the rubber will be the stand out winner.

Other things i have cut my second back box down for the quad. Just so its not near the carbon filter and battery box. It also let me align it properly. I am still not 100% so might be making another. So this will be available if anyone wants it?

It wont be the hole thing buddy. But i will contact you if and when. It wont be expensiveness and i can probably supple all you need to fit it. If you wanted to make your way to Oxford i could help you fit it too.

Ok cool i will keep you posted. I will be changing it at some point in the next few months. But its yours my friend when i do.

Can see the potential in the bumper! I messed about with fibre glass/ filler a fair bit on the bumper of my first car - time consuming but rewarding.

Are you going to paint the section under the lower grille / between the "fangs" black? (If that makes sense)

Thanks

I have been lucky enough to have a load of modeling foam to make the shape out of. It cuts and files so easily. Its only taken about 2-3 hours so far. And most of that time was just thinking how to do it. I have never used fiber glass so it will be a steep learning curve. It makes sense and that's exactly what i was planing

Yes that foam looks really handy, so you won't need to bulk it up too much with the fibreglass I guess. Such messy stuff, the resin is so annoying when it gets everywhere. My error was getting the odd resin drip on the bumper which I thought would chisel/flick off ...nope! Lol. Lots of sanding down.

I'm pretty sure I've cheated before aswell and used that glass reinforced filler for bulking which sanded pretty well but needed serious skimming afterwards.

Its so easy to shape. Its what F1 teams use to make molds of parts when they lay up the carbon fiber. We use it for prototype work and proving programs on our 5 axis CNC.

Thanks Ben it was kind of what i was going for

Yes looks aero bred with ///M good luck with it, look forward to the updates! And the lip being black perhaps... Then I might wrap the lip on mine :-D

Aero ///M hybrid was the exact look

I am glad that's what it looks like to others. And i haven't just convinced myself!

Bumper starting to take shape mate! Will look great once done
