Steve your not wrong mate any paint is better. Be careful what you say. You dont need to be falling out with Carol again!!!

Yeah John your car was a bit of inspiration. Well if he can do it so can I. Although i did get help. There is the Lambo gray yours and mine not sure about others? small club anyway!

No chance am I covering my polished wheels with paint. I have done am deal with a forum member for those wheels in black I just need the cash to pay him.

So it's all back together I will need the bumper off again. Just to sort a few bits and bobs. The colour is amazing I love it it dose need some touching up and a lot of flatting and polishing. I will post some pictures tomorrow when I am at a PC.

Colour looks great MM. Half out of interest and half to prove to myself I'm not mad, didn't Brad Marsh's wider-than-average Z turn out in a similar colour to that?
I also think it's the right decision to stick with the polished wheels FWIW.

Hi Stevo i am not sure if Brad actually got a finished paint job on his car yet. But i think it may have been similar colour maybe a bit lighter.
So hear some all put back together but not finished pictures. It needs flatting and polishing. At the moment the finish is not the best. But the paint is nice and thick 4 undercoat and 6 top coats. So there is plenty to flat and get a really deep shine. It looks very flat at the moment.
Keen eyed views will notice the little side skirts and front bumper splitter. These will all be warped gloss black in the future. You might even notice the silver mirrors!! We forgot to do them!!! Again they might get wrapped black or painted.
The colour looks much better outside and i absolutely love it now. And i will be spending any free time over the next few weeks polishing and getting it how i want it.
Notice the annoying silver line in the boot!!! This will be sorted.
